Short description of the project:

The Judiciary of Tanzania on behalf of The Government of Tanzania (GoT), has engaged NORPLAN Tanzania Ltd. (Lead) in Association with Digital Space Consultancy Limited and Equa-SERVE limited (Sub-Consultants) with International Best Practice Experience in Infrastructure Engineering and Urban Planning to prepare Redesigns and standard drawings, Detailed Engineering Designs, Environmental and Social Instruments, Bidding Documents and Construction Supervision for small courthouse construction works at various wards in different districts and regions all around Tanzania, to provide consultancy services for Package IV – Consultancy Service To Update The Existing Design (Redesign) And Standard Drawings (Phase I) And Supervise The Construction Works (Phase II) For The Proposed Subordinate Court (SBC) Buildings Which Will Be Built In Eleven (11) Selected Locations All Around Tanzania, Namely Kasanga, Namanyere, Nambongo, Ugala, Sibwesa, Lupatingatinga, Ndobo, Rujewa, Kanga, Msangano And Mamba.

• Data Collection and Conceptual Design
• Preliminary Design
• Detailed Architectural Designs
• Detailed Engineering Designs
• Detailed Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates
• Preparation of Tender Documents
• Assist Judiciary in the Administration of Bidding Processes
