Salaam has engaged NORPLAN Tanzania Ltd. Consulting Engineers and Planners herein referred as the Consultant.

The main objective of the Consultancy service is to carry out Detailed Engineering Design and Preparation of Tender Documents for Reconstruction of Concrete Paved Parking Area including Drainage System at GAPCO Tanzania Ltd Dar es Salam Terminal

Service provided in this assignment included the following.

1. Collect and review available data and documents.
2. Carry out investigations and surveys to collect additional data as necessary.
3. Carry out geotechnical investigations
4. Collect hydrological and hydraulic data
5. Confirm approved concept with GAPCO Tanzania Ltd
6. Carry out Detailed Engineering Designs and Drawings
7. Prepare Bill of Quantities
8. Prepare ‘Draft’ Tender Documents
9. Prepare Cost Estimates
10. Submit ‘draft’ Final Report and Tender documents
11. Final update of ‘Draft’ Final Report, Tender documents and Cost Estimates
