Norplan Tanzania Limited and PSM Architects Co. Limited has entered into a Consultancy Agreement with the Total Tanzania Limited to provide consultancy services in connection with “Design and Supervision of Reconstruction of University Service Station at Mlimani City Area, Dar es Salaam”.

Service provided in this assignment included the following.

• Design for new electrical and Mechanical system for the proposed Reconstruction of University Service Station at Mlimani City Area, Dar es Salaam”.
• Structural Design for the proposed University Service Station at Mlimani City Area, Dar es Salaam
• Preparation of necessary drawings, diagrams, bills of Quantities and Specifications for the proposed buildings.
• Supervision of all construction works,
• Quality monitoring and technical supervision on full compliance with the specifications
• Appropriate site instructions to the contractor
• Monitor the list of defects as the contractor makes them good
• Prepare and submit practical completion and final certificates to the client
