The Project involves optimization of water supply and wastewater treatment system in proposed project area economically and environmentally. For implementing consulting service, the Consultant conduct the service at the two (2) stages, divided into detailed design and construction supervision.

The assignment includes at least the following: -executing the survey, detailed design, construction drawings, cost estimation, preparation of bidding documents, pre-construction services, construction supervision of the works, supervise preparation of documents on operation and maintenance (O&M) of the project facilities, monitoring RP and ESMP, and preparation of reports.

Detailed Description of  Services Provided.

• Topographical, geotechnical and water quality survey, detailed design of water supply system, sewerage system, preparation of drawings and specification, bill of Quantity, Engineering cost estimation and preparation of bidding documents;
• Pre-construction service, such as assistance to the Client during bidding and contracting procedure;
• Construction supervision;
• Supervise the preparation of the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the completed works, including O&M manual.
• Preparation of reports including quarterly progress report and Project Completion Report
