Project Description.
The project involves Review the existing Design, to study and understand the problem area/situation, propose solution to the identified issues or area of improvement and to accommodate the existing situation as per the condition survey at Dungu farm, Toangoma and Mtoni Kijichi. In this project the Consultant was in charge of overseeing the work on a daily basis (Construction supervision) to ensure that the work program adheres to the scope of work and technical standards.

Detailed Description of Actual Services Provided
- Design Review of the existing water supply at Kijichi, dungu and Toangoma sites
- Daily site supervision
- Reporting to Contractor (weekly and monthly)
- Health & Safety component
- Quality control of the materials
- Quality control of the works done
- Verification of the quantities of works done and certification for payment
- Managing periodic progress meetings with the Consultant.
- Managing the substantial completion procedures
- Quarterly monitoring visits during the Defects Liability Period
- Managing the final completion procedures.
