Short description of the project.

The road project is located in Tabora region and forms part of the Tabora – Itigi – Manyoni road. The project starts at Tabora roundabout that joins the Urambo – Tabora and Ulyankulu – Tabora road at Usule and passes through the Isevya roundabout that joins the Nzega – Tabora trunk road and ends at Nyahua. The road improvement is intended to upgrade the road to bitumen standard so as to support the socio-economic development of the area.

Service provided in this assignment included the following.

• Supervision of the construction works. The Consultant supervision team reviewed the contract documents and supervised the construction of the road and structures as well as provision of management and administration of the project during and after completion of the construction work.
